1966 International (IHC) 1100 pickup truck
There are a lot of IHC vehicles running around Seattle. Old IHCs seems to be extremely rust-prone, but that's less of a problem out here on the coast. IHC stopped making pickups in 1975, and stopped making the Scout SUV in 1980. Too bad - they halted production of consumer vehicles just when pickup trucks and and SUVs were becoming more popular. In the mid-2000s International actually tried selling its big commercial trucks to consumers, but the Great Recession killed that plan the same way it killed Hummer.

1962 Pontiac Tempest LeMans
This '62 Tempest marks the second time we've spotted one of GM's unique front-engine, rear-drive, rear-transaxle cars made only between 1961 and 1963. The first was an Olds made the same year.

1967 Ford Mustang fastback
Car enthusiasts celebrated this week the recovery of the missing Mustang from Steve McQueen's 1968 film Bullitt. This 67 Mustang I photographed some weeks ago bears such a remarkable resemblance to the 68 used in the movie that I think it may be deliberate. It's also a green fastback, it also has custom 5-spoke rims, and it's also had the horse-and-corral chrome pieces removed from the grill.

1983 Lancia Beta Spyder
Made in Italy and exported in small numbers, this is the only Lancia I've ever seen. The Beta Spyder is unusual in that it has both a removable 'targa' roof panel and a convertible soft-top behind the roll bar.

1964 Volvo 122s station wagon
Volvo exported about 4,000 of these per year from Sweden. Apparently most of them came to the pacific northwest United States, given the number that are still around.
